Summary: Yolande persuades Sunshine to employ her magic in her baking. Sunshine has her doubts.
I love the way magic works in the Sunshine universe and I love the central part baking plays in the narrative. This fic combines them in a beautifully satisfying way.

Characters: Judith, Holofernes
Summary: It would have been an excellent plan, if it had never had to come into contact with reality...
This wasn't one of the Bible stories I grew up with, but after encountering a couple of different old paintings of "Judith with the Head of Holofernes" a few years ago it has become one of my favorites. I love Judith's matter-of-fact BAMFness in this fic. Brilliantly told!

Fabulous Bad Horse backstory. Of all the ways it could have come about, this one makes a lot of sense.

Characters: Miles Morales, Peter Parker
Summary: Miles Morales falls through a portal into Earth 616 and meets back up with Peter Parker.
Previous to this story, my knowledge of Spider Man was limited to the movies and a handful of very old comics. This made me pretty excited to get to know more about Miles, who seems absolutely adorable!

Summary: An exploration of David's inner life, such as it is, and of other Davids he might have been.
I am pretty much guaranteed to love any fic that explores the inner life of robots, and this fic delivers on that premise in spades. Pretty disturbing, and super awesome!
