Overall costume ramble:
If one of our post-apocalypse assumptions is that there are no large game animals (no deer, no horses) then where are they getting fur and leather? Plant-based materials only seems way too limiting. I'd really like to use fur since it's mentioned so often in the text. Maybe small animals are still around and they use rabbit (and other small mammal) fur. Leather is practically required for the fetish outfits (since PVC and vinyl are too technologically advanced). I guess leather could at a stretch be human, so let's assume we get leather no matter what. Perhaps they have small domesticated animals only - enough for fur and leather and milk and meat, but not large enough to ride for transportation and not adventurous enough for sport hunting. So wool would be OK then. Silk should be fine, too, since that's insect-based (silkworms were imported to North America in the 18th century).

Locations
Interiors
- Camelot hall

- large, high ceilings nice but optional; real fireplace a big plus; we can construct false front and still have a real fire, although come to think of it I could probably photoshop it anyway (fake front with black hole + real fire in some other fireplace) - HD Gawain bedroom
- large enough for bed, door, window; if necessary closet and mirror can be another room; high ceilings cool but not necessary - HD chapel
- altar and alter panel and cross, with hanging lights at a minimum; pews would be awesome; stained glass windows a treat, but faking them probably even better - HD stable
- half wall dividers and rustic wall paneling can transform any room - HD Host bed
- all we really see is the bed and bed curtains and maybe a snippet of floor (which can be a rug)
