Note that Dreamwidth has nifty site-independent tags (though it's backward-compatible with LJ's tags), so that you can say
<user name="nakedbee" site="dreamwidth.org"> (or just <user name="nakedbee">)
<user name="nakedbee" site="livejournal.com">
<user name="nakedbee" site="insanejournal.com">

and get

nakedbee
nakedbee
nakedbee

I believe the crossposter will translate these tags on the fly for other sites, too!
